Tucson Water Damage Advice Call (520) 795-0505 Call

How this service works

We publish a free guide and a phone number. When you call, our call-tracking line connects you with an independent local restoration company. We may be paid when a call qualifies. Calling is free.

Tucson Water Damage Advice is a free referral and information service, not a contractor. Calls are answered by independent local restoration companies through a pay-per-call network, and we may be paid when a call qualifies. We do not do the work and do not set prices or availability.

Who answers the phone

We are a referral line, not a contractor. Here is what happens when you call.

  1. You call the number

Calling is free. The number is a call-tracking line, not an office of ours.

  2. The network routes the call

It connects you with an independent restoration company that serves your part of Tucson and is taking calls.

  3. A local company answers

They ask what happened and, if you want, arrange a visit and a written estimate. Their prices and work are their own.

  4. You decide

You can say no, ask questions, or call someone else. Calling does not commit you to anything.

What we cannot promise: who answers at a given hour, how fast anyone can come, or what they charge. Ask them, and check their Arizona ROC license number before work starts. How this service works

What we are, and are not

  • An information and referral service. Not a restoration company, contractor, plumber, insurer or insurance adviser.
  • We do no work, supervise no work, and do not employ the companies that answer.
  • Not affiliated with any government office, utility (including Tucson Water) or insurance company.
  • We do not claim to be licensed, insured or local, and we publish no reviews, ratings or badges, because we have none to show.

How we are paid

It costs you nothing to use this site or to call. We may be paid by the restoration company, or by a call network, when a call qualifies. The company that answers sets its own prices.

What we cannot promise

  • That someone answers at a particular hour, or how soon anyone can come.
  • That a company has a particular license, price or availability. Ask for their ROC license number and check it with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
  • That your insurer will cover the loss. Your policy and your insurer decide.

Calls may be recorded

The network or the company that answers may record or log calls. Ask them at the start of the call if that matters to you.
